I took the Real Estate Brokers course. Jerry was thorough and interesting. After completing the course I took the state exam immediately and passed on the first try. I felt I was prepared for the exam and found we had covered all the material necessary. This course was a good experience for me and I highly recommend the school and especially the instructor (Jerry).
