Real Estate Training
Pre-licensing for NJ Real Estate License:
After completion of the 75 hour pre-licensing course a school test will be given and if a passing grade above 70% is achieved then a school certificate will be issued for the right to go and take the state exam.
Real Estate Broker Training
Pre-licensing for NJ Real Estate Brokers License:
The Real Estate Broker Course has a 150 hours, in class requirement. Upon the successful completion, minimum 70% test score, the candidate will receive a Completion Certificate from the school which gives eligibility to take the New Jersey Real Estate Broker Test with PSI.
