The Atlantic County School of Professional Education provides real estate and insurance professionals with the pre-licensing training programs and CE credits needed to obtain and maintain their licenses. Pre-licensing courses are Monday – Friday and run from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pre-licensing training prepares the candidate to successfully complete the corresponding New Jersey Real Estate examination. You can trust us to provide convenient classes you can easily incorporate into your schedule.

COURSES
Real Estate
Agent
Participate in our pre-licensing course to prepare for getting your Realtor’s license. We offer this course in-person and online over Zoom.
After completing the 75-hour pre-licensing course, you can take the school test. If you score over a 70%, you’ll get a school certificate to go take the state exam.
Real Estate
Broker
The Real Estate Broker Course is a 150-hour class that can train you to buy and sell real estate. Atlantic County School of Professional Education provides top-notch training so you can feel confident in your skills.
Upon the successful completion of the course and a minimum 70% test score, you’ll receive a Completion Certificate from the school. This gives you eligibility to take the New Jersey Real Estate Broker Test with PSI.
Insurance
Agent
Get your license to become an insurance agent. We offer top-tier insurance education so you can gain the background knowledge you need. Once you’ve taken our insurance course, you’ll be able to:
